I picked up an Epic bench with adjustable dumbbells at Costco this week. It was an amazing deal, and I think it will make my strength training days a little more fun!

Three reps of 15:

Squats
Lunges
Bent-Over Back Rows
One-Leg Calf Lift
Push-Ups
Crunch
Arm and Leg Lifts

followed by 3 reps of 15:

Chest Press
Biceps Curl
Standing Side Lift
Rotator-Cuff rotation
Overhead Press

Long Run – 07/29/2007

Friday Run – 07/27/2007

Tempo Run – 07/26/2007

I found some extra power somewhere this morning. I was very surprised to see my average pace for mile 10 drop below 6 mins/mile. I biked at 5pm last night so expected to be a little bagged this morning from that workout, but I actually felt pretty good.
